THE SCIENCE IS PRETTY CLEAR

Being in nature is good for your health. And yet it's so bloody hard to get up from our desk and go outside...

It’s Tuesday afternoon, and I have no appointments until 16:00. It’s the perfect Fall weather: the right kind of crispy cold, with bright sun rays shining through the orange leaves.

Everything in me wants to go outside and enjoy the sunlight on my face, hear the leaves crunch underneath my feet and see if new mushrooms have emerged. But the time passes, and somehow I can’t unglue my fingers from my keyboard. At 15:59 I sheepishly log into my next Zoom call.

We all rationally know that spending time outsides lowers our stress and anxiety levels and improves our focus, creativity, mood and physical health. And yet it's so bloody hard to get up from our desk and go outside👩🏼‍💻🧑🏾‍💻

For me personally, being in nature is becoming even more important as I am on a mission to make nature, and our innate interdependency with the world around us, a more integral aspect of my work.

So that make sure to get my butt outside, and drag you along in my mission😉, I am proud to share that I will be hosting a mini retreat in the beautiful Sihlwald on November 7.

Here’s what I dreamed up, inspired by the fall season:

“Fall teaches us how beautiful it can be to let go.”

🏞 A nourishing 3-hour retreat in nature, focused on letting go of patterns or beliefs we no longer need, to make space for new possibilities to emerge.

📍 Sihlwald (or indoors if the weather is really bad;))

🗓 7 November 2024, from 13:30-17:00

👩🏾🧕👩🏻‍🦰 with a small group of big-hearted people. Come as you are.

This retreat is designed to guide you in letting go what no longer serves you —whether it's imposter syndrome, fear of failure, overcommitment, old grudges, or unproductive habits.

Inspired by the season, we’ll gently release the metaphorical crunchy leaves and long-dead flowers we've been carrying around for way too long, to make way for fresh energy, habits, and insights to emerge naturally.

Want to join me? Sign up here! (and if you sign up before the end of October, you get an early bird discount 🐣
